2025 Camping at Trail Hero/Trail Hero Music Fest 

Occupancy is on a first-come, first-served basis.  To ensure close proximity to your friends, all members of your group that booked individual sites in the same row or area must arrive together, even if reservations are made separately or together.  Groups that do not arrive/stage together before moving in may not be accommodated to be next to one another.

To ensure a smooth and efficient arrival process, we recommend that all members of your group assemble and stage together before moving into the group campsite.  Additionally we encourage your group to access the campsite earlier in the week to facilitate entry and setup.
